Crap! It's Spring in the Midwest. One day warm and rainy and next day, cold and rainy. I know that I should smile beatifically and bat my eyes and say, "April showers - May flowers, etc." but I feel like a big old ugly green thing on a soggy, moldy old log. I am reveling in my foul mood. So just shut up.
The dogs are blissfully stupid about the mud in the yard. Zed is going a bit coo-coo about trying to preserve the grass. He sets up strange stick and string barricades in areas where he plants grass seed. The dogs pop over them as if they are fun agility obstacles just put up for their fancy.
Can't wait till the summer to swing the babies on the hammock. I knew that I bought that thing for some reason.
